Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Primal Edge Publishing collects when you visit primaledgepublishing.com, how it is used, and the choices you have. The site is the publishing imprint of Primal Global Consulting S.A., a Panama company. Where this policy refers to "we" or "us," it means that company acting as the data controller for this site.
Contact form. When you send a message through the contact page, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. The form is delivered through Resend, our email service provider.
Email signup. When you subscribe to updates, we collect your email address and the date you signed up. The list is held in Resend Audiences. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email we send.
Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used in aggregate. This sets cookies and may collect your IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, and approximate location. Analytics data is processed by Google and not used to identify individual readers.
Server logs. Our hosting provider, Vercel, keeps standard request logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) for security and operational purposes. These are retained on a short rolling window.
We use the information above to:
- Reply to messages you send through the contact form.
- Send updates and notes to people who have asked to receive them.
- Understand which books and notes are being read, in aggregate.
- Operate, secure, and improve the site.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with third parties except the processors listed below.
The following providers handle data on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments:
- Resend (transactional email and audience management).
- Google Analytics 4 (site usage measurement).
- Vercel (hosting and content delivery).
Data may be processed in the United States, the European Union, or other regions where these providers operate.
Contact form messages are kept while the conversation is active and for a reasonable period afterward. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data follows the retention period set in our Google Analytics property (currently 14 months). Server logs follow Vercel's standard retention.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or withdraw consent for its use. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@primaledgepublishing.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

The site uses cookies set by Google Analytics to measure usage. Most browsers let you control cookies through their settings. Blocking analytics cookies will not affect your ability to read or buy books.
Books are sold through external retailers, including Amazon and Gumroad. When you follow a buy link, you leave this site. Those retailers operate under their own privacy policies, which we do not control.
The site is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone in that age range. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will delete it.
When this policy changes, we update the effective date at the top of the page. Material changes will be flagged in a newsletter.
